COUSCOUS PAULISTA Couscous from São Paulo can be prepared with several ingredients, which vary according to the personal taste of the cook. It is made from cornmeal and is served cold. Seasonings such as garlic and onion are very present in the recipes, as well as peppers, eggs, chicken, sardines, tomato and shrimp.
