Optical brightener that reacts to UV light, camouflages the appearance of stained and/or yellowed nails, ideal for applying before light nail polish. 
It can also be applied over lace and white nail polishes, as it will react to UV light, intensifying the color and preventing the nail polish from turning yellow. Glows in black light.
